Manager – Healthcare Information

and educational content and then mobilize it to PDAs, wireless devices,
and the Web. Our content and distribution partners include FA Davis,
Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, McGraw-Hill, and Merck &
Co.
We need an energetic marketer with experience in healthcare publishing
and/or e-marketing who would enjoy building on the current marketing
activities of a rapidly growing organization.
As a marketing manager, you will develop and maintain clear messages
about the company and its products through a variety of media channels
such as the company website, e-mail promotions and newsletters,
booth displays, web ads, and print brochures. Activities include
project management of product launches and marketing initiatives,
preparation of marketing plans, creation of programs to maximize
institutional roll-out and renewals, communication with partner
companies and industry mavens.
Required Experience
• Preparation, scheduling, and implementation of marketing
plans
• Design and execution of e-marketing campaigns
• Copywriting, editing, proofreading of promotional materials
• Analysis of competing products and market trends
• Knowledge of healthcare information markets
• Management of team projects
Desired Skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple
projects
• Motivation and the ability to work in a team environment
• Familiarity with PDAs
Requirements
• 2-5 years of marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Facility with Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel,
and Powerpoint
This position is based in Media, PA (outside of Philadelphia)
