A few years ago this boy underwent surgery in which a very tight congenital aortic valve stenosis was corrected with a valve prosthesis. A pansystolic second-degree murmur is heard. The closing sound of the valve prosthesis is heard as a snap. Age 16.6 years. Area of auscultation: left third ic (LIC3)
