- Investigation of Clinical and Immunological Features of Alopecia Areata With Comorbid Atopic Dermatitis. [Journal Article]Allergy. 2026 Oct 18. [Online ahead of print]A
- CONCLUSIONS: AA-AD defines a distinct clinical-immunologic endotype of AA. AA and AD exhibit an asymmetric but bilateral interaction driven by Th2/ILC2s-IL-13-centered pathways, representing key mechanisms and targets for precision therapy.

- MUC16 Defines a Fibrotic Endotype With Corticosteroid Insensitivity in Nasal Polyps. [Journal Article]Allergy. 2026 Oct 16. [Online ahead of print]A
- CONCLUSIONS: In human polyp tissue, MUC16 is associated with a fibrotic, corticosteroid-insensitive CRSwNP phenotype, whereas its causal link with impaired glucocorticoid signaling is supported by in vitro loss-of-function experiments. MUC16 may represent a candidate biomarker and potential therapeutic target in refractory CRSwNP, although prospective validation as an endotype-defining biomarker is still required.

- [ALLERGEN INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AMONG MAJOR JAPANESE RESTAURANT CHAINS AND USE OF THE SPECIFIED INGREDIENTS ACROSS THEIR MENU ITEMS]. [Journal Article]Arerugi. 2026; 75(5):411-420.A
- CONCLUSIONS: Even among major restaurant brands, information disclosure on the additional designated allergens remains limited to only about 60% of all brands. Given that wheat was included in approximately 80% of all items, people with wheat allergy may face considerable difficulties when dining out.

- CONCLUSIONS: The prevalence of ND may be high in children with non-EoE EGIDs. ND comorbidity may be associated with differences in treatment responsiveness and the underlying causes of relapse.

- CONCLUSIONS: From the results of the pollen survey and the symptom and medication survey, there were subjects with worsening symptoms during the grass pollen dispersal period. The timing of taking medication for worsening grass pollinosis symptoms might be June in Hokkaido and mid-May to June in other regions.
