- Early Post-Operative Quantitative EEG Central Beta Power Predicts Futile Recanalization After Endovascular Treatment in AIS-LVO. [Multicenter Study]CNS Neurosci Ther. 2026 Oct; 32(10).CN
- CONCLUSIONS: Central relative beta power recorded approximately 24 h after endovascular treatment was independently associated with 90-day FR and showed potential incremental prognostic value. Exploratory associations with postoperative complications suggest that QEEG may provide a non-invasive bedside "brain window" for neurocritical care.

- Systems Toxicology Indicates AKT1/PTGS2-Centered Neuroinflammatory-Mitochondrial Crosstalk in Lidocaine Associated Neurotoxicity. [Journal Article]CNS Neurosci Ther. 2026 Oct; 32(10).CN
- CONCLUSIONS: Lidocaine-associated neurotoxicity may involve an AKT1/PTGS2-centered neuroinflammatory-mitochondrial crosstalk network accompanied by synaptic dysfunction. This study provides a systems-level mechanistic insight into lidocaine neurotoxicity and identifies potential targets for improving the safety of pediatric lidocaine-containing formulations.

- Efficacy and Safety of Multidisciplinary Sandwich Regimen in AQP4-IgG+ NMOSD With Preconception B-Cell Depletion During Perigravidity. [Multicenter Study]
- CONCLUSIONS: For AQP4-IgG-positive pregnant women with NMOSD exposed to B-cell depleting agents before conception, the multidisciplinary "sandwich" regimen featuring B-cell depletion before conception and postpartum plus gestational bridging therapy with low-dose azathioprine combined with glucocorticoids is safe and effective, reduces disease relapse risk and yields favorable overall maternal and fetal outcomes. This regimen may serve as a promising perigravid management strategy that warrants further validation in larger cohorts.

- Radiomics-Assisted Preoperative Subtyping of Adult-Type Diffuse Gliomas: A Retrospective Study Aligned With the WHO 2021 Classification. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: This radiomics model enables robust preoperative ADG subtyping under the 2021 WHO classification and may support individualized surgical planning using routine MRI features. Owing to its retrospective single-center design, multicenter prospective external validation is required prior to widespread clinical application.

- Deanna Protocol Ameliorates the Deficits in Human iPSC-Cortical Neurons Carrying Familial Alzheimer's Mutation. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: This study, while confirming iPSC-PSEN1 cortical neurons as a valid AD model, demonstrated the efficacy of DP on ameliorating structural and functional pathologies in AD neurons. It highlights that targeting energy production could be an effective approach in treating neurodegeneration in AD and suggests its potential efficacy in other neurodegenerative diseases.

- Multimodal Characterization of APOE ε4-Associated Neurovascular Heterogeneity Using Retinal, Plasma, and Neuroimaging Biomarkers in Alzheimer's Disease. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: Retinal microvascular alterations are associated with APOE ε4-related biological heterogeneity in biomarker-confirmed AD. Retinal vascular imaging provides complementary information beyond established plasma and neuroimaging biomarkers and may enhance multimodal characterization of neurovascular phenotypes rather than serve as a surrogate for genetic testing.

- Interferon-γ Mitigates Oxaliplatin-Induced Neurotoxicity: Analogies With Connexin 43. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: IFN-γ attenuates oxaliplatin-induced neurotoxic responses in an in vitro spinal cord model. The parallel reduction in Cx43 expression and hemichannel activity supports further investigation of Cx43 signaling as a candidate pharmacological target in OIPN.

- Impaired Dynamic Cerebral Autoregulation Across the REM Sleep Behavior Disorder Spectrum: Evidence From Isolated REM Sleep Without Atonia to Parkinson's Disease With RBD. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: These findings suggest that dCA is impaired in patients with iRSWA, iRBD, and PD + RBD. Reduced phase difference was associated with lower REM sleep amount and greater phasic RSWA, suggesting disrupted coupling among REM sleep regulation, autonomic function, and cerebrovascular control. dCA dysfunction may represent an early pathophysiological feature in RBD-related neurodegeneration.

- Stem Cell and EV/sEV Strategies for Neuroimmune Niche Reprogramming in Selected CNS Disorders: Mechanisms, Engineered Delivery, and Translational Readiness. [Review]
- CONCLUSIONS: The fidelity framework predicts that lowering bulk ROS is not sufficient to restore redox function. More decisive studies should pair controlled inputs with compartment-resolved redox dynamics, reversible molecular encoding, pathway output, and functional recovery in the same young-versus-aged system. Interventions should be evaluated by whether they reduce pathological redox noise while preserving physiological pulses, spatial routing, adaptive decoding, and timely resolution.
