- Cofactors in Anaphylaxis: Insights From the European Anaphylaxis Registry. [Journal Article]Clin Exp Allergy. 2026 Oct 23. [Online ahead of print]CE
- CONCLUSIONS: Our data suggest an age-dependent role of suspected cofactors in anaphylaxis severity. Clinicians should explore the presence of cofactors in patients who experienced anaphylaxis, in particular in those with prolonged time intervals between exposure and reaction onset.

- Peanut-Specific IgG4 mAbs Promote Regulatory Immune Responses Ex Vivo and Improve Oral Immunotherapy in Mice. [Journal Article]Clin Exp Allergy. 2026 Oct 22. [Online ahead of print]CE
- CONCLUSIONS: Allergen-specific IgG4 mAbs with controlled allergen exposure may improve the safety and efficacy of peanut AIT while promoting tolerance-associated immune responses, which might allow disease modification towards allergen tolerance.

- Tryptase Locus Variation Contributes to Normal-Range Basal Serum Tryptase Variability and Is Associated With Anaphylaxis. [Journal Article]Clin Exp Allergy. 2026 Oct 07. [Online ahead of print]CE
- CONCLUSIONS: Variation at the tryptase locus explains differences in BST levels within the normal range. Four active β-tryptase alleles were associated with a lower frequency of anaphylaxis.
