- CONCLUSIONS: Mincle serves as a spatially restricted, master upstream gatekeeper of maternal-fetal inflammation. By governing localized decidual leukocyte infiltration and licensing subsequent NLRP3 inflammasome activation, Mincle drives both the mechanical onset of premature labor and fetal systemic toxicity.
