- Effectiveness of digital educational technologies in knowledge acquisition for adolescent health promotion: a systematic review. [Systematic Review]Rev Gaucha Enferm. 2026; 47:e20250389.RG
- CONCLUSIONS: digital educational technologies (DETs) demonstrated different levels of effectiveness in enhancing adolescents' knowledge on health promotion, depending on the type of intervention, level of interactivity, and context of implementation. Interactive, multimedia, and hybrid interventions showed greater impact, whereas strategies based on static or minimally interactive content were less effective. It is noteworthy that factors such as inequalities in access to technology and cultural adaptation may influence these outcomes.

- Nurses' leadership in child health consultations: a socio-historical study. [Journal Article]Rev Gaucha Enferm. 2026; 47:e20250273.RG
- CONCLUSIONS: Child health consultations strengthen nurses' autonomy and leadership in Primary Health Care by articulating technical-scientific knowledge, clinical judgment, family bonding, prevention of health problems, and health surveillance. However, this practice is marked by social vulnerabilities, structural limitations, difficulties in longitudinal care, and physician-centered resistance. The findings indicate the need for continuing education strategies, clinical training, and intersectoral actions to qualify and strengthen nursing practice in this area.
