Furthermore, divergent effects were observed at low cenobamate doses (≤50 mg/d) versus high (≥250 mg/d) cenobamate doses. These findings highlight the need for prospective studies that define the clinical relevance of this interaction better.

- CONCLUSIONS: Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) supports optimal dosing and effective disease control, highlighting the importance of individual interpretations. All TDM-initiated dosing changes were based on expert opinions, owing to the lack of validated guidelines on dosing during pregnancy. However, preterm birth could not be avoided and may be influenced by underlying autoimmune diseases, gestational diabetes, and mild polyhydramnios. Multidisciplinary care is essential in pregnant women with autoimmune disorders. Prospective research focusing on drug concentrations, disease activity, and the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes is needed to understand the safety and implications of dual biologic therapies during pregnancy.

- Implementing a Model-Informed Precision Dosing Service for Cefepime in a Quaternary Children's Hospital: A First-Year Experience. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: These findings support the feasibility and clinical utility of an MIPD consultation service for cefepime. The service enabled timely identification of high or low exposures, including in patients on extracorporeal support, and guided individualized dosing decisions to optimize target attainment.

- CONCLUSIONS: Early tacrolimus underexposure is a simple and clinically relevant predictor of 12-month AR, complementing C/D-ratio-based risk stratification at 3 months.
