| | Abstract | We report on a patient with terbinafine-induced SCLE covering clinical, histopathological and serological findings. Positive serological results included ANA, SS-A (Ro)-antibodies and anti-histone-antibodies with specificity for H1 and H3. The literature on terbinafine-induced SCLE is reviewed.
