[Similar pulmonary opacities and different diagnoses] [English Abstract, Journal Article]

We present two clinical cases with same radiological images, round pulmonary opacities, clearly delimitated, giants, who have different etiologies and different evolution. One of the patients was diagnosed with pulmonary carcinoma, and directed to oncology department. The other one was diagnosed with pulmonary abscess, treated with antibiotics and improved.
