| Abstract | A 33 year old man is evaluated for a pruriginous plantar eruption on the right foot. Three weeks ago he walked across a river barefoot in the south of Vietnam. In the clinical examination of the foot a red, serpiginuous dermatitis was seen. Patient history and clinical picture were typical for a larva migrans. After starting a treatment with albendazol the patient felt well and the lesions disappeared. |
