AbstractOBJECTIVE: Pave the way to a better management of the chronical rhino-sinusitis diseases: Description and classification of the chronical rhino-sinusitis pathology, its medical and surgical treatments in order to help the radiologist in its CT-scan report. MATERIAL AND
METHOD: Review of the literature and anatomical considerations. Paranasal sinuses CT-scan analysis.
RESULTS AND
CONCLUSION: The execution and the interpretation of CT-scans, in accordance with the progress made in the past 20 years in the knowledge of the rhino-sinusitis physiology and pathology, are today absolutely necessary for the management of chronical rhino-sinusitis diseases.
