AbstractErythema multiforme may be a mild condition (erythema multiforme minor), or it may be a severe, possibly life-threatening condition (erythema multiforme major or Stevens-Johnson syndrome). Dorzolamide is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, which reduces intraocular pressure by suppressing aqueous production. In this paper we report on a patient who developed erythema multiforme following the use of topical dorzolamide.
