AbstractPeyronie's disease involves the development of fibrous plaques in the connective tissue of the penis usually near the dorsal midline of the penile shaft in middle-aged and older men. This case study describes a 57-year-old man who presented with a history of prostatitis and complaints of anxiety related to penile pain and erectile difficulties. The diagnostic work-up and clinical interaction are described.
