AbstractWe report a rare case in which a cystic lesion in the cervix, caused by endometriosis, resulted in a massive vaginal hemorrhage. Cervical endometriosis is relatively common and is usually considered a mild condition. However, we report a case in which a severe vaginal bleed originated from an endometrial cyst of the cervix and in which diagnosis was confused by the presence of atypical cells.
