Samples were collected from clinical specimens and micro-organisms were isolated from clinical specimens. Strains of micro-organisms isolated from clinical specimens were identified using standard methods like morphology, colony characteristics and biochemical reactions. Sensitivity was carried out using Kirby Bauer disc diffusion method. Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) for all the antibiotics were carried out as per guideline of Clinical and Laboratory Standard Institute (CLSI).
