Biopsy specimens have shown keratoacanthomas and a lichenoid dermatitis. Evaluation for malignant conditions has been negative. Owing to the constellation of findings, a diagnosis of generalized eruptive keratoacanthomas of Grzybowski associated with lichenoid dermatitis and acneiform lesions is favored.
