A 25- mm hypovascular tumor was detected by computed tomography. Tumor biopsy revealed many atypical cells with positive staining for factor VIII-related-antigen in sinusoids. Right lobectomy was performed and the tumor was diagnosed as epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) pathologically.
