| | Abstract | Two features of greatest importance in achieving a normal appearance in the reconstruction of an ear with microtia are that a conchal component with sufficient size, shape, and depth is present; and that auricular projection, sufficient in degree to show contours that appear normal from a posterior view, is present. The authors describe the construction of a staged, laminated framework that helps achieve these goals. | | Language | eng | | Pub Type(s) | Journal Article Review
