| | Abstract | Most optimal methods of plasty with the maximum use of intact skin of a healthy leaf and adjacent area as a trapezoid cellulo-cutaneous flap are proposed. Different variants of the operation are proposed as one-, two-, three- and many-flaps plasty with local tissues and one- and two-flaps combined plasty. The choice is dependent on the localization and degree of contracture. Plasty by the methods proposed allows to adequately eliminate marginal contractures of large vessels, syndactylia, microstomia and narrowing of the lid slit. | | Language | rus | | Pub Type(s) | Journal Article
