| | Abstract | We report a case of a 67-year-old man with digital gangrene and no other cutaneous evidence of scleroderma. The presence of anticentromere antibody, scleroderma pattern capillary abnormalities, and the histology of the digital artery all supported a diagnosis of systemic sclerosis. Newer diagnostic tools may identify patients who do not fit easily into the current classification of that disease. | | Language | eng | | Pub Type(s) | Case Reports Journal Article
