Abstract	This case report describes a woman with progressive systemic sclerosis who, in addition to the more classical acro-osteolysis, demonstrated destruction of the shafts of the phalanges and the ulna. The literature on bone lysis in atypical sites in scleroderma is reviewed and the etiology discussed.
