AbstractA case of plantar fibromatosis that responded to five monthly intralesional steroid injections is reported. Improvement was noted after 3 to 4 months of therapy. Intralesional steroid injections may represent an alternative to surgery in patients with plantar fibromatosis or Dupuytren's contractures.
