| | Abstract | An earlobe reconstructive method using a reserved-flow chondrocutaneous flap and a local flap is described. Two patients are reported whose earlobes were reconstructed by this method. By this method, earlobes of bilateral symmetry can be produced without fail. The blood circulation of both flaps is satisfactory. Since conchal cartilage is used, an earlobe of satisfactory shape can be maintained for a long period, but the reconstructed earlobe is slightly firm when palpated. | | Language | eng | | Pub Type(s) | Case Reports Journal Article
