| Abstract | We report a case of rare congenital anomaly of quadricuspid aortic valve and coexisting right coronary displacement. A 70-year-old man was admitted to our hospital for heart murmur and ECG abnormality. The trans-esophageal echocardiography and aortography showed moderate aortic stenosis and regurgitation. At the operation, a quadricuspid aortic valve with three equal cusps and one smaller cusp that showed marked calcification and displacement of right coronary orifice were noted. Successful aortic valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting were performed and postoperative course was uneventful. |
