AbstractWe report a case of oral malignant melanoma with metastasis to the cervical lymph node. The MR appearance corresponded to previously reported MR characteristics of malignant melanoma in other regions. Both the primary tumor and the nodal metastasis showed high signal intensity on T1-weighted images.
