- CONCLUSIONS: The incidence of LDH is significantly increased in elderly patients with osteoporosis, and decreased bone mineral density, reduced E2 levels, and impaired lumbar-abdominal muscle function are closely associated with the occurrence of LDH. Combined assessment of multiple indicators can significantly improve the predictive performance for the risk of LDH in elderly patients with osteoporosis, which is of great significance for early identification of high-risk populations and implementation of targeted interventions in clinical practice.

- CONCLUSIONS: The present case implies possible roles of KMT2A in the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis or in adrenal steroidogenesis. The results of this study, together with previous findings, imply that overproduction of 11-oxygenated androgens contributes to advanced bone age and hypertrichosis in patients with WSS. Our data merit further validation.

- Biomarkers of exercise-induced muscle damage and inflammation across menstrual cycle phases: a critical review. [Review]
- CONCLUSIONS: Current evidence does not support a uniform menstrual phase effect on biomarkers of exercise-induced muscle damage or inflammation. Menstrual status should be treated as a biologically relevant design and interpretation variable, not as a deterministic explanation for biomarker variation. Future studies require cycle-aware designs combining prospective tracking, ovulation confirmation, estradiol and progesterone assessment, standardized exercise stimuli, biomarker-specific sampling, and repeated-measures analyses.

- CONCLUSIONS: Our study demonstrated that 11.75% of women with PCOS achieved complete clinical remission following targeted metabolic pharmacotherapy, as evidenced by restored ovarian morphology, normalized testosterone concentrations, and regular menstrual cycles.
