- CONCLUSIONS: No statistically significant association was observed between SLIT for Japanese cedar pollinosis and antidepressant initiation. These findings suggest that mental health outcomes should continue to be monitored independently of immunotherapy use in routine clinical practice. Further adequately powered studies with longer follow-up periods are warranted to better characterize depressive outcomes in this population.

- Distinct acute and delayed effects of temperature and atmospheric pressure on allergic rhinitis: a distributed lag non-linear time-series study in subtropical China. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: In this humid subtropical population, higher temperature was consistently associated with rapid increases in AR outpatient visits. Lower atmospheric pressure showed a delayed association in the primary model, but this pattern was less robust after accounting for correlated meteorological variables and across age strata. These findings provide epidemiological evidence for climate-sensitive AR prevention and support the incorporation of meteorological indicators into seasonal surveillance, early warning systems, and healthcare resource planning.

- Efficacy and safety of oral treatments for allergic rhinitis in children: A network meta-analysis. [Systematic Review]
- CONCLUSIONS: Oral treatments for allergic rhinitis appear to be effective and safe in children. However, evidence is scarce and the quality of evidence is mostly low. We performed a systematic review of randomised controlled trials assessing oral medications for allergic rhinitis in children and reporting results on nasal symptoms, ocular symptoms, quality of life and adverse events. Oral antihistamines (OAH) were found to be better than placebo, and OAH + oral leukotriene receptor antagonists (OLTRA) were not found to be better than OAH. We identified trivial differences between different OAH.
