- CONCLUSIONS: Varus-aligned knees showed greater OA progression, higher rates of repair failure, and increased conversion to arthroplasty, despite similar patient-reported outcomes. The multivariable logistic regression model identified varus alignment, higher preoperative KL grade, and lack of repair healing on MRI as significant risk factors for OA progression. These findings highlight the critical impact of baseline alignment and repair integrity on postoperative joint survival.

- The role of quadriceps strength and quadriceps-focused rehabilitation following medial meniscus posterior root repair: a systematic review. [Systematic Review]
- CONCLUSIONS: Quadriceps-focused rehabilitation may play an important role in recovery following MMPR repair. Greater quadriceps strength was associated with better muscle strength, functional outcomes, and potentially more favorable structural findings. However, the current evidence is limited and mainly based on retrospective studies, so these findings should be interpreted cautiously. Further high-quality, multicenter prospective studies are needed to clarify the optimal role and components of quadriceps-focused rehabilitation after MMPR repair.

- CONCLUSIONS: In this porcine model, transtibial pull-out repair of MMPR tears using IS demonstrated superior primary biomechanical stability compared to EB fixation. Constructs with IS showed reduced elongation and increased stiffness under load.
