  • Application of natural products combined with plant-derived extracellular vesicles in cancer therapy. [Review]
    Exp Biol Med (Maywood). 2026; 251:11329.Wang R, Ren M, … Xu ZEB
  • Cancer remains a leading cause of mortality worldwide. The success of plant-derived chemotherapeutic agents, such as paclitaxel and vinblastine, underscores the significant potential of plant-derived natural products (PDNPs) in oncology. Despite this success, the poor solubility, metabolic instability, and nonspecific distribution of many PDNPs pose a fundamental barrier to their full clinical po…
  • N-AVD or BrECADD for Advanced-Stage Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma: Choosing the Right Treatment for the Right Patient. [Review]
Clin Lymphoma Myeloma Leuk. 2026 Oct 05. [Online ahead of print]Mahuad C, Korin LCL
  • Frontline therapy for advanced-stage classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) has entered a new era. Two phase III trials have established highly effective but conceptually different strategies: nivolumab plus doxorubicin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine (N-AVD) in SWOG S1826 and PET-adapted BrECADD in GHSG HD21. Because these regimens were tested against different comparators and in different populations, …
  • Pediatric Rosai-Dorfman-Destombes Disease: From Isolated Cervical Lymphadenopathy to Multisystem Disease. [Case Reports]
    Cureus. 2026 Sep; 18(9):e116260.Charaf S, Bouramdane S, … Benmiloud SC
  • Rosai-Dorfman-Destombes disease (RDD) is a rare non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis with a broad clinical spectrum, ranging from localized lymphadenopathy to severe multisystem involvement. Due to its rarity, clinical data on pediatric RDD remain limited, particularly in North Africa. We report two contrasting pediatric cases of RDD managed at a tertiary center in Morocco to illustrate this clinica…
  • Classical Hodgkin lymphoma as a second malignancy in a patient with cervical squamous cell carcinoma following chemoradiotherapy: a case report. [Journal Article]
AME Case Rep. 2026; 10:184.Xin Z, Wang CAC
  • CONCLUSIONS: Radiotherapy, cisplatin-based chemotherapy, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) activation, age-related immunosenescence, poorly controlled long-term diabetes mellitus (DM) and SARS-CoV-2 infection-related immunosuppression may have collectively contributed to lymphomagenesis. This case highlights the critical need for sustained long-term follow-up in cervical cancer patients, especially those burdened with concurrent chronic diseases. In the setting of unexplained fever or lymphadenopathy, clinicians must differentiate secondary malignancies from primary tumor recurrence. During the pathological diagnostic process, examination of an intact lymph node is essential for diagnosis.
