Importantly, the identification of structural and ultrastructural markers of follicular vulnerability provides a mechanistic foundation for the future optimization of scalp-cooling approaches and for the development of adjunct follicle-directed protective strategies to enhance follicular integrity and support patient well-being during cytotoxic therapy.

- CONCLUSIONS: Extended-window IVT improves functional outcomes across a wider spectrum of stroke subgroups than previously recognized. The benefit seems greatest for patients with more severe strokes in settings where thrombectomy is unavailable, providing the evidence base for offering a critical reperfusion strategy for the substantial proportion of patients worldwide who lack timely access to thrombectomy.

- CONCLUSIONS: In this sample, Chinese medical college students demonstrated a relatively high willingness to receive HPV vaccination. Willingness was positively associated with perceived necessity, importance, and benefits of vaccination. Integrating structured clinician-delivered counseling into curricula, using parental occupation data for targeted subsidies, and embedding classroom sessions comparing personal HPV risk with vaccine safety data may improve uptake.
