- CONCLUSIONS: Cochlear implantation with live monitoring by the SmartNav system offers the main advantage of controlling the surgeon's insertion speed, which he can modulate to achieve the softest atraumatic insertion, with a positive training effect resulting in reduced speed over time. Additionally, it demonstrated its effectiveness in detecting tip fold-overs in a safer way than radiologic imaging.

- CONCLUSIONS: This study suggests distinct neurobiological patterns between PTSD and CPTSD, which may be associated with between-group differences in trauma timing categories. These findings offer preliminary insights and testable hypotheses regarding neurobiological differences between PTSD and CPTSD, and may serve as a preliminary reference for future investigations aimed at identifying neural markers to distinguish between the two conditions.
