- Prevalence of PD-L1-High Tumor Expression and Association with First-Line Treatment Outcomes in Patients with Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma: Results from a Prospective Observational Cohort Study. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: In this observational study, more than half of patients had high pretreatment tumor PD-L1 expression. There was no significant association between PD-L1 status and ORR, PFS, or OS with any first-line therapy, although definitive conclusions cannot be made because of the limited sample size.

- Depletion of an immature cord blood NK subset reverses trogocytosis-driven CAR NK dysfunction. [Journal Article]
- Allogeneic CAR-engineered NK cells enable scalable off-the-shelf therapy, yet donor heterogeneity remains a major barrier to consistent potency. Building on our clinical experience with cord blood-derived CAR NK cells, we identified an immature CD16-CD161- double-negative (DN) NK subset associated with poor outcomes. Following CAR engineering, DN-derived NK cells remained hypofunctional yet exhib…

- Durable stable disease and immune activation in metastatic uveal melanoma treated with tebentafusp: case report. [Case Reports]
- Metastatic uveal melanoma (mUM) is a rare, aggressive malignancy with limited therapeutic options in the metastatic setting. Tebentafusp (IMCgp100) is an immune-mobilizing monoclonal T cell receptor against cancer (ImmTAC), targeting gp100 in HLA-A*0201+ patients. Tebentafusp has demonstrated an overall survival (OS) benefit in clinical trials, usually without marked radiographic tumor regression…

- Predictors of survival in adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia treated with blinatumomab and/or inotuzumab ozogamicin in first salvage. [Journal Article]
- The role of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in adults with relapsed/refractory (R/R) B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) treated with B-cell-directed immunotherapies remains controversial. We analyzed 172 adults treated in first salvage with blinatumomab and/or inotuzumab ozogamicin (InO)-based regimens to determine prognostic factors and benefit from allo-H…

- Predicting immune-related thyroiditis using polygenic risk scores in patients with advanced melanoma. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: These findings indicate that inherited genetic background contributes to thyroid immune toxicity risk following ICI and support PRS-based approaches for risk-adapted monitoring during immunotherapy.

- Three-Year Durability of Radiofrequency Renal Denervation: SPYRAL HTN-ON MED. [Randomized Controlled Trial]
- CONCLUSIONS: Compared with sham patients through 3 years, patients undergoing RDN had significantly greater 24-hour ambulatory and office BP reductions, with a similar medication burden. RDN maintained a durable safety profile through 3 years.

- Prevalence of Familial Melanoma Genes and Cancer Risk Among Genomically Ascertained Individuals. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: In this cohort study, the prevalence of pathogenic variants in familial melanoma genes and their associated cancer risks were estimated, findings that may inform and revise germline testing recommendations and cancer risk counseling. These data also suggest that the spectrum of cancer risk for several genes may be broader than previously recognized.

- Long-term clinical benefit after radiofrequency renal denervation: pooled 36-month results from the SPYRAL Clinical Program. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: In this large, pooled cohort of Spyral RF-RDN patients, there were significant BP reductions through 36 months with few adverse events. Additionally, nearly 9 out of 10 patients experienced a clinical benefit. These findings suggest the long-term efficacy and safety of RF-RDN across a broad spectrum of patients with uncontrolled hypertension.

- Evaluation of the marginal and internal fit of endocrown restorations fabricated by the CAD/CAM system using additive manufacturing technique. [Journal Article]
- OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to compare the marginal and internal fit of endocrowns with cavity depths of 3 mm and 5 mm, using two printable resins fabricated by additive manufacturing within a digital workflow. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty-two human mandibular molars were prepared for endocrowns with cavity depths of 3–5 mm and allocated into four groups (n = 8). Two printable resins (Biocrown D…

- Uncoupling toxicity from efficacy in donor selection for allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation: a retrospective cohort study using double machine learning. [Journal Article]
- Haploidentical hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) offers potent graft-versus-tumor effects but is historically limited by higher non-relapse mortality (NRM) compared to matched unrelated (MUD) or related donors (MRD). To algorithmically decouple the competing risks of NRM and relapse, we analyzed 1,713 adult patients (MD Anderson discovery cohort) and 6,829 patients (registry replication co…
