- CONCLUSIONS: The findings can be used to inform interventions that aim to increase (prebiotic) vegetable consumption. Umbrella terms such as 'healthy food' or 'vegetables' do not capture the differences between the specific foods regarding the demographic and socio-psychological determinants of their consumption.
