- CONCLUSIONS: DTI proved effective in identifying the extent of spinal cord damage in patients with TCS. In patients with OAB, spinal cord damage was extensive, with the most severe lesions localized to the T12 segments. These findings suggest that, for patients with OAB due to TCS, spinal cord injury above the L1 vertebral level may represent an underlying pathological condition. FA values are valuable diagnostic indicators for assessing spinal cord integrity.

- CONCLUSIONS: Technology-mediated community-based walking increased PA amount and intensity. These findings support further evaluation of this intervention as a potential option for ground-based walking training with objective measurement of exercise intensity.

- CONCLUSIONS: Pediatric UDS provided clinically valuable functional information and influenced individualized management decisions in children with complex lower urinary tract disorders in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Reduced bladder compliance was associated with treatment modification following UDS, highlighting its clinical importance in guiding therapeutic decision-making. These findings provide one of the first regional datasets describing the indications, urodynamic findings, and management implications of pediatric UDS in Iraq.

- CONCLUSIONS: Digit replantation continued to decline nationally, particularly in ages <65. There was a wide discrepancy between a few highly active and many under-active centers in the NHTCN. The replantation rate was lower in states with more centers, reflecting a decentralization of replantable fingers in the setting of higher amputation volumes. Greater age and lower mean family income are associated with lower replantation rates.
