  • CONCLUSIONS: Ibuprofen can effectively relieve symptoms, characterized by a favorable benefit-risk profile. Sumatriptan and zolmitriptan nasal sprays also exhibited robust efficacy, specifically among populations with prominent nausea and vomiting. Sumatriptan/naproxen sodium merits consideration, especially in patients exhibiting an inadequate response to monotherapy. Dihydroergotamine demonstrated potential benefits in refractory and chronic migraine; however, high-quality studies are warranted to validate these findings.
