Hypersensitivity.
Use Cautiously in:
- Hepatic impairment (lower doses may be required)
- Advanced heart block
- Severe left ventricular dysfunction
- Geri: ↑ risk of bradycardia and hypotension (consider dose ↓)
- OB: Lactation: Pedi: Safety not established.
