• NSAIDs , especially those with short half-lives, ↑ blood levels and risk of toxicity; avoid for 2 days before, day of, and 2 days after treatment. Probenecid ↑ blood levels.
• Concurrent use of nephrotoxic agents ↑ risk of nephrotoxicity.
