The Form
Manager comes up when you click the 
icon.
For the demo, we have entered "Treatment of CHF" in the
keyword field and limited the search to "Chapters and updates"
in Harrison's Online.
After you enter a search you need to click "Submit" to
queue the question.
Click "Submit" or click "next".
