The Web version, which is fully integrated with the PDA version, allows the users to browse and search the contents with a minimum of navigation. Sophisticated structuring of the content and a powerful "structured searching" engine, allows the desired "chunk" of information to be found with little effort. Users can save searches and specific topics both from the Web and handheld into their Web library and manage that information in personal folders over time.

The PDA version allows users to view answers via Alphabetic, Test or Therapy indexes. In addition, requests for more information on the handheld are transmitted to the user's Web Library where more in-depth information from Unbound Surgery or Medline can be retrieved.
