- 0.25% (Neo-Synephrine Mild Strength, Rhinall): 0.25% (15, 30, 40 mL)
- 0.5% (Neo-Synephrine Regular Strength): 0.5% (15 mL)
- 1% (4-Way Fast Acting, Nasal Four, Neo-Synephrine Extra Strength, and generics): 1% (15, 30 mL)

- Ophthalmic drops (Altafrin and generics): 2.5% (2, 10, 15 mL), 10% (5 mL); contains benzalkonium chloride
