Abstract
OBJECTIVE
To establish a new method for identification and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine root of herbaceous peony.
METHODS
Powder X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern was used.
RESULTS
Experiments and analysis were carried out on 6 kinds of roots of traditional Chinese medicines herbaceous peony. The standard X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks of Paeonia lactiflora were obtained.
CONCLUSION
The results indicates this method can be used for the idetification of Paeonia lactiflora.
