Abstract
Having only moved into modular building construction early this year, mid-August saw pre-medical installation contractor, Canute International Medical Services (CIMS), complete its first ever such building for the medical sector--a CT scanner unit designed and constructed for the Spire Wellesley Hospital in Southend to "match" an existing MRI facility, and to give the impression to patients of being an integral part of the main hospital building.
