Failed laparoscopic sterilisation due to interlaced Hulka-Clemens clips.

Abstract

The use of two Hulka-Clemens spring clips on each Fallopian tube has been recommended to reduce the risk of sterilisation failure due to clip faults. We report a case in which the use of two clips caused failure.
