[Occlusion of the small intestine caused by metastatic neoplasms].
Chir Ital. 1984 Feb; 36(1):91-5.CI

Abstract

6 cases of small bowel secondary tumours, appearing with the picture of an intestinal obstruction, are shown. The etiologic diagnosis of the obstruction was only possible at the moment of the surgical operation, urgently performed. The seriousness of the prognosis of such tumours is emphasized, as well as the fact that their diagnosis is often interoperative.
