[Functional phlebodebitometry in assessing the venous outflow disorders in varicose disease of the lower extremities].Vestn Khir Im I I Grek. 1980 Apr; 124(4):69-74.VK
The functional correlation of the venous system components was studied in 71 patients with different stages of the varicose disease of lower extremities. The complex of diagnostic measures included radioindication, functional phlebotonometry, vertical functional phlebography developed by the authors, functional phlebodebitometry. The essence of the developed method is as follows: the more impeded main venous outflow, the more pronounced the additional exfusion expense. A comparative evaluation of the results of the diagnostic measures employed has confirmed advantages of functional phlebodebitometry for the diagnosis of functional disorders of the main venous outflow in patients with the varicose disease.
