[Determination of paeonol in the root of Cynanchum paniculatum (Bge.) Kitag. by gas chromatography].

Abstract

A method for the determination of paeonol in the root of Cynanchum paniculatum by macro-reticular resin-GC has been established. The experimental result shows that the standard curve is linear in the detection range and the recovery is 99.42% (RSD = 2.28%, n = 5).
