- Satisfaction with Job Transfer Training Among Physicians Transitioning to Psychiatric Practice in Guangdong Province, China. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: The findings indicate that while overall satisfaction with the job transfer training program is relatively high, there are areas for improvement, particularly in the design of the learning activities and clinical mentoring. The study suggests that tailoring the training program to better match the needs of senior physicians and optimizing job rotation arrangements can improve satisfaction and contribute to the effectiveness of psychiatric training programs.

- CONCLUSIONS: Suicidal ideation is alarmingly prevalent among medical students. Key risk factors such as substance use, psychiatric disorders, relationship breakdowns, and academic challenges necessitate immediate intervention. It is essential to implement systematic psychological screening programs, ensure accessible mental health services, develop academic support initiatives, and promote institutional efforts to destigmatize seeking help within medical education settings.

- Using the National Curriculum in Reproductive Psychiatry to Enhance and Standardize Fellowship Training. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: The NCRP Fellows Series - an expert-led, standardized national didactic program - was associated with higher post-test knowledge scores and greater self-reported clinical preparedness. However, in the absence of a comparison group, changes over time may not be attributed to the program alone. Higher scores among RP fellows may suggest additional benefit from subspecialty clinical exposure during training.

- Gender, Racial, and Ethnic Representation in Academic Psychiatry Chairs, 2012 to 2022. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: Academic psychiatry department chairs continue to be disproportionately overrepresented by white men. The persistent underrepresentation of women in all racial/ethnic groups and Asians as department chairs highlights the continued need to promote parity in academic psychiatry leadership.
