  • [The key role of chest CT in severe asthma phenotyping]. [Review]
Rev Mal Respir. 2026 Aug 07. [Online ahead of print]Debray MP, Taillé CRM
  • Before initiating biological therapy, chest CT is indicated as a means of initial evaluation of severe asthma. While its primary role is to identify potential differential diagnoses, it concomitantly provides information effectively contributing to asthma phenotyping. • Bronchodilator reversibility in children with cystic fibrosis: prevalence and associated factors. [Journal Article]
    Arch Pediatr. 2026 Aug; 33(6):105578.Harvey A, Beydon N, … Corvol HAP
  • CONCLUSIONS: Significant bronchodilator reversibility was present in approximately one-third of CwCF, predominantly detected using respiratory resistance measurements. These findings highlight the importance of comprehensive functional respiratory follow-up in CwCF, including resistance measurements, and support a more individualized and functionally guided use of inhaled therapies.
