- CONCLUSIONS: Edaravone and flurbiprofen effectively improved autism-like behaviors by targeting shared pathways of oxidative stress and neuroinflammation. However, the combination therapy offered no additive benefits over monotherapy. This finding suggests that monotherapy with either drug is sufficient to achieve maximal therapeutic effects, a point with significant implications for future treatment strategies in ASD.

- CONCLUSIONS: For post-operative analgesia after lower limb fracture surgery, oliceridine provides analgesic efficacy comparable to hydromorphone. - CONCLUSIONS: An opioid-free PCIA regimen based on dexmedetomidine and flurbiprofen axetil provides non-inferior postoperative analgesia while attenuating postoperative melatonin suppression, improving sleep quality, reducing anxiety, and decreasing opioid-related adverse events. This opioid-sparing strategy may represent an effective approach to enhance postoperative recovery after thyroidectomy.

- Effect of flurbiprofen on intraoperative nausea and vomiting during cesarean delivery: a single-center retrospective cohort study. [Journal Article]
- CONCLUSIONS: Early intraoperative flurbiprofen administration after umbilical cord clamping was associated with lower intraoperative antiemetic use during cesarean delivery under neuraxial anesthesia, suggesting that the timing of routine non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug administration may be relevant to intraoperative nausea and vomiting management.

- CONCLUSIONS: Intraoperative intravenous infusion of esketamine at doses of 0.2 mg/kg/h and 0.3 mg/kg/h improved the quality of recovery on POD1 in elderly patients undergoing knee arthroplasty. The 0.3 mg/kg/h dose of esketamine had the strongest effect, without apparent tolerance issues.
